Prodigy Express breaks fresh ground in DCC.
MRC has taken many of Prodigy
Advance's richest, most-wanted features, and engineered them into
Prodigy Express in an entry level DCC starter system.
Prodigy Express features...
- Switch from two to four digit addressing,
or four to two digit addressing, simply by entering the number
- Ordinary systems require complex
transitions to make this simple switch.
- When you're ready, you can upgrade Prodigy
Express to wireless DCC... All you need is MRC's Wireless
Conversion Set (0001412).
- On other economy units, the console has a
throttle on it, so you don't have mobility. Prodigy Express
console on the other hand, includes a mobile handheld... plus a
power supply.
- Our system is so well engineered, we're
even able to put the instructions on the back of the handheld, no
need to conquer complicated manuals to start enjoying DCC.

Prodigy Advance, add a Prodigy Advance handheld. Then, to run this
additional handheld along with the standard Prodigy Express handheld,
all you need is an MRC Prodigy Advance extension plate.

wireless programming does everything Prodigy Advance 2 can do. It
enables you to program, acquire and run your locos from a wireless
handheld. Unlike some others, there's no need to incessantly plug in and
unplug every time you want to program a loco.
